Suggested Scripture: Philippians 4:8

This workshop series contains four sessions that can be taught separately or as a sequence. Each session includes discussion, practice, reflection, and a real-life action challenge.

Workshop 1: Discover Workplace Conduct

Objective: Define what this quality looks like in a healthy young adult life.

Opening Question: What does workplace conduct look like when a young adult is setting a positive example?

Exercise: Write three examples, discuss one real-life situation, and identify one behavior to practice this week.

Group Discussion: What makes this difficult? What choices strengthen this quality? How can friends encourage one another without judging or controlling each other?

Role-Model Challenge: Choose one visible action involving workplace conduct to practice during the next seven days. Record what happened, what you learned, and what you will do differently next time.

Leader Note: Encourage voluntary participation, concrete examples, respectful discussion, and specific achievable commitments. Emphasize growth and accountability rather than shame.
